The building of the "new" school house in 1872 after the "recovery" of the manor lands in 1865.

The farmers went on strike in 1893. By 1923 things had progessed such that a lot of the village buildings were auctioned, the farms (I will have to check the newpaper articles) may also have been sold in this time-frame.
