My time at Belchamps

When I lived in Great Wakering I was a member of the Cub Scouts. We went on a Scout camp at Belchamps. This was in the 1960's.

It amuses me when I drive into Belchamp Walter that I see sign posts for "The Belchamps". While still in Essex it is not near Hockley.
