Breadcrumb Pagination Navigation
This is a technique seen on EssexInfo.net, but does it make sense to have this as well?

Taken from W3C Schools pages. I have adapted this for a possible use in a Parish Council implementation .
The example shown above is just an illustration of the display of the breadcrumb navigation. The page flow for this to work also needs to be addressed.
