The PRE tag and Documentation

Reviewing some of my pages I see that when I started out using the <pre> tag to document code I was finding problems regarding the responsive behaviour of pages.

An example of this is my initial page on Javescript. In an attempt in converting the page to use the w3-code technique I have found that I have not fully explained the CSS linking to w3codecolor.js and w3CodeColor().
